Virasamy Poliah (Head Chef)
Vira was born in Perak, the state famous for its legendary silky noodle soup. He started his cooking lessons at a very young age learning from his mother who own Letchmi Restaurant in Perak. After Vira decided to branch out working in the Red Box in Selangor and as a Demi Chef in Sheraton Imperial in Kuala Lumpur.
Vira has a natural flair and knowledge in the spices that can make a dish exquisite. He also understand the numerous cultures that influence Malaysian cuisine. Being a professional roti thrower, his love for cooking came from the traditional street food created in the town and villages all over Malaysia where eating is a national past time.
